Who is responsible

What we collect and why
When you send the contact form we receive your name, work email, brand, website, the business ranges you select and anything you write. We use this only to reply to your inquiry and prepare a call. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in answering business inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Who processes it for us
- Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting of this site and storage of form submissions.
- Resend, Inc. — delivery of the notification email to our inbox.
Some of these providers may process data outside the EEA under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
How long we keep it
Up to 12 months after our last contact, unless we start working together, in which case the contract rules apply.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing by writing to hello@secondorder.eu. You can also complain to the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers.
